Overcoming the Shame of Your Past

The Bible says all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. That means we've all done things we are not proud of, and sometimes that makes a gag at the thought of who we once were. What's worst, is that some of us have to deal with people that look down on us because of our past, making it even harder to overcome the shame. Let's talk about it.

Many of us have experienced not being able to fit in at some point in our lives because of our faith. In these times, we might start to view our sanctification as something discomforting and negative. Being a Control Freak is Stressful

As a control freak, I have grown accustom to living a life filled with frustration and anxiety when life doesn't go as planned. Control freaks often make idols of efficiency and comfort, however, these oftentimes are not God's focus when working our His purpose. Let's unpack.

In John 17, Jesus prayed to the Father, requesting He help all Christians to be one as They are one. The Church is meant to be united in love and truth, and be a testament of the gospel to the world.
