Fear of Disappointment

In the past I've struggled with the fear of being disappointed. I hate getting my hopes up about something only to face failure, rejection or a let down in the end. Sometimes it caused me to not want to have faith about anything at all. If you can relate, this episode is for you. I'll cover why this fear is so dangerous and some advise on adopting a new mindset.
